Struktur trifft Verantwortung - gestalten Sie Payroll-Prozesse mit uns.

In unserem Managed Service Team übernehmen Sie eine tragende Rolle bei der administrativen Unterstützung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für unsere Kunden in Deutschland. Mit Ihrer fundierten kaufmännischen Ausbildung und einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise sorgen Sie dafür, dass abrechnungsrelevante Daten und Abläufe korrekt gepflegt, geprüft und dokumentiert werden.

Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Erfahrung im Bereich Payroll oder Personaladministration mit - wichtiger ist uns jedoch, dass Sie präzise, verlässlich und teamorientiert arbeiten und sich schnell in neue Prozesse einfinden.

Das werden Sie tun

Unterstützung bei der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
Pflege und Kontrolle von Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten
Vorbereitung und Bearbeitung von Meldungen an Sozialversicherungsträger und Behörden
Erstellung von Bescheinigungen, Reports und internen Auswertungen
Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben im Rahmen der Entgeltabrechnung
Koordination und Nachverfolgung abrechnungsrelevanter Informationen und Unterlagen
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams sowie externen Ansprechpartnern
Qualitätssicherung und Mitwirkung bei der Prozessoptimierung

Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung, die wir schätzen

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Englischkenntnisse mindestens auf B1 Niveau
