Wir suchen gezielt eine Frau für diese Rolle. Nicht aus Pflichtgefühl, sondern aus Überzeugung: Vielfalt im Vertrieb bringt bessere Ergebnisse, und wir bauen unser Team bewusst divers auf.
Das machst du:
Eigenständig akquirieren: Prospecting, Erstgespräch, Angebot, Abschluss – alles deins.
Outbound-Strategien bauen und selbst auf LinkedIn vorleben, was du verkaufst.
Eng mit Founder und Delivery-Team arbeiten, damit Kunden bleiben und weiterempfehlen.
Das Sales-Setup nicht erben, sondern mit aufbauen und skalieren.
Perspektivisch den Plattformvertrieb übernehmen: Demos, längere Cycles, echte Beratung.
Das bekommst du:
Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Founder – kurze Wege, keine Konzern-Bürokratie.
Maximale Eigenverantwortung und sehr kurze Entscheidungswege.

Du verstehst LinkedIn als Business-Kanal – Outreach und Social Selling sind dein Spielfeld.
Ein Track Record in der Neukundengewinnung, der für sich spricht.
Lust, dich vom Service-Verkauf in den SaaS-/Plattformvertrieb weiterzuentwickeln.
Selbständig, strukturiert, abschlussstark – und ungeduldig im besten Sinn.
Fliessend Deutsch, gutes Englisch.
Kein „Nein" wirft dich aus der Bahn – es bringt dich auf die nächste Idee.
