- Lead business growth and technical strategies in foundations
- Manage complex geotechnical investigations and designs
- Oversee field operations, including testing and instrumentation
- Prepare high-quality engineering reports and studies
- Accountable for project scope, schedule, and client relations
- Degree in Civil or Geological Engineering is required
- P.Eng. registration or eligibility in British Columbia
- 15+ years in geotechnical fields with 5+ in foundations
- Strong proficiency in geotechnical software applications
- Established record of delivering projects successfully
