Manufacturing Engineer for Defense Systems

Marshall Land Systems seeks a skilled Manufacturing Engineer in Moncton, NB to enhance production methods for defense technologies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal efficiency and quality. This role involves working closely with design, production, and quality teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes that meet high standards. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will contribute to both new product introductions and existing production line sustainment, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards. Your expertise will be critical in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Validate production inputs and address design issues
• Develop essential manufacturing plans and work instructions
• Specify and procure necessary production tooling and equipment
• Support configuration management and change control processes
• Participate in risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
• 3–7 years of relevant engineering experience
• Knowledge of Lean principles and Six Sigma tools
• Proficiency with CAD tools such as Creo or SolidWorks
• Strong analytical and communication skills
