Director International Business Transformation

Lead international business transformation at ABB in a hybrid Director role, applying strategy execution and operating-model expertise across global regions.This strategic position sits within ABB’s NEMA International division and reports to the EVP International Sales. You will strengthen alignment across Regions, Business Lines, and functions while implementing the Stabilize-Optimize-Scale roadmap. The role contributes globally to the Motion NEMA Motors division and requires approximately 30-40% international travel.Key Responsibilities:
Own the NEMA International transformation roadmap and track milestones, outcomes, progress, and risksAlign Global Business Lines with international product, portfolio, and investment prioritiesResolve systemic barriers across sales, operations, IT, finance, and HRMaintain the target operating model for scalable international growthLead the executive-level International Transformation Office and governance cadenceRequirements:
Minimum 10 years in transformation, strategy execution, operating-model design, or consultingBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related disciplineExperience leading complex transformation across geographies or business unitsAbility to align senior stakeholders without direct authorityFluent English and excellent executive communication skillsBring transformation leadership, operating-model design, and executive influence to ABB’s global NEMA International business.
