Senior ServiceNow Production Support Analyst

As a senior Technical Systems Analyst, you provide business support for process changes, system enhancements, and post implementation operations. You use ServiceNow, ITSM applications, CMDB, scripting, and analytical investigation to resolve problems and recommend durable solutions. The role includes client communication, escalation management, and recovery coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain production applications and daily operational activities
Investigate problems and recommend long term solutions
Manage escalations and coordinate recovery efforts
Support projects after implementation through problem resolution
Research and update written documentation

Requirements:

Five or more years of ITSM experience
ServiceNow Administrator certification and ServiceNow experience
Strong understanding of CMDB, CIs, and MID servers
Basic Python and JavaScript scripting knowledge
Working knowledge of DevSecOps, integrations, CSDM, and ITAM
