Senior Capital Treasury Analyst
Michael Garron Hospital
Lead capital and treasury analysis at Michael Garron Hospital, focusing on cash management, liquidity forecasting, and financial reporting. Support hospital programs across Toronto East Health Network.
This Senior Financial Analyst reports jointly to Financial Planning and Reporting and Capital and Treasury managers. The role manages capital structures, deferred grants, cash forecasting, and reconciliations. It also supports budgeting, variance analysis, financial statements, and hospital reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Internal Orders, WBS structures, and asset capitalization
- Track deferred capital grants against expenditures and funding agreements
- Forecast liquidity, process EBS, and reconcile bank accounts
- Prepare capital forecasts, funding requests, and external submissions
- Support budgets, financial statements, and variance reporting
Requirements:
- CPA designation with a relevant business degree
- Three to five years of hospital financial analysis experience
- Hands-on cash forecasting and capital accounting experience
- Minimum two years of auditing and internal controls experience
- SAP S/4HANA knowledge across capital and treasury functions
