Lead Portfolio Manager Saudi Aramco Winnipeg

Contribute to capital stewardship as a Lead Portfolio Manager at Saudi Aramco. This role, requiring full relocation to Saudi Arabia, focuses on governance within investment portfolios. In this permanent full-time position, you'll be an essential member of the Portfolio Management Department.

You will act as a shareholder representative, ensuring value realization and implementing strategic initiatives that align with organizational objectives. Your insights will direct the governance of diversified portfolio companies for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Continually assess and enhance portfolio company performance
• Recommend strategic alignment based on comprehensive risk evaluation
• Implement structured Value Creation Plans post-investment
• Set and monitor financial and operational success targets
• Lead value realization reviews and budget oversight

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Private Equity or similar sectors
• Knowledge of Middle Eastern markets is a plus
• Willingness to fully relocate to Saudi Arabia
• Advanced degree is preferred
