Aesthetic patient Coordinator

Job Responsibility:

We are seeking a coordinator to support a medical aesthetic clinic for surgical and non surgical procedures . The coordinator will work closely with our physicians and team.

Training will be provided. Previous experience is preferred and customer service background is required. This is a dynamic exciting position and as you gain experience your responsibilities will increase and extra commission to the base salary will be provided. You will work closely with our dynamic team.

A patient coordinator is responsible for both surgical and non-surgical procedures, typically handles a variety of tasks. Here are some key responsibilities and skills required for this role:

Responsibilities

• Patient Consultation and Coordination:
• Schedule and manage initial consultations and follow-up appointments.
• Discuss treatment plans, procedures, and expectations with patients.
• Coordinate pre- and post-operative care and instructions.
• Administrative Duties:
• Handle billing and financial arrangements.
• Coordinate with other staff members, including surgeons and team members.
• Patient Education:
• Provide detailed information about surgical and non-surgical procedures.
• Address patient concerns and answer questions about treatments.
• Educate patients on aftercare and recovery processes.
• Marketing and Patient Outreach:
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new patients.
• Work with our marketing team to manage social media accounts and online presence to promote services.
• Organize and participate in community outreach and informational sessions.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure a positive experience for all patients, from initial contact to post-treatment follow-up.
• Handle patient complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Foster a welcoming and supportive environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
