• Starting wage of $22.05/hour!
• Additional $2/hour for hours worked 9:00pm - 6:00am;

Picking and Decanting Team Lead, Highlights:

• Assist in managing the picking desk;
• Adjust staffing accordingly to workload in areas of responsibility;
• Train and develop staff on job processes to gain efficiency and accuracy in all areas.
• Implement processes efficiently.
• Hold daily team meetings.
• Maintain a healthy and positive work environment.
• Assist in slotting and inventory related tasks.

Picking and Decanting Team Lead, Job Requirements:

• High School diploma.
• Class G2 or higher driver's licence
• Very good knowledge of distribution center's system processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Excellent judgment and capable of making decisions.
• Self-motivated and the proven ability to motivate others.
• Use of e-mail, NT workstation (windows).
• Good working knowledge of AS400 Systems, Manhattan WMS, Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Minimum of 1 year Warehousing / distribution experience.
• Successful candidates must be in good standing for both performance and health & safety.

Picking and Decanting Team Lead, Assets:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Post-secondary education.
• Any communication or leadership courses.
