Principal Water Infrastructure Engineer WSP

Join WSP as a Principal Conveyance Engineer and lead critical projects in municipal water and stormwater management. Guide teams to implement innovative and effective infrastructure solutions. In this role, you will influence the delivery of major water and wastewater projects throughout Ontario and Canada. Your leadership will ensure execution excellence, quality assurance, and the development of future engineering talent. Engage with multidisciplinary teams to drive impactful changes in community infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: • Technical planning for water and wastewater infrastructure • Direct review of engineering calculations and specifications • Implement quality control across engineering deliverables • Mentor and develop junior project team members • Support project initiatives from design through procurement Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation required • 12–15 years of relevant project experience • Deep knowledge of conveyance infrastructure and QA/QC practices • Familiarity with hydraulic modeling and trenchless technology Leverage your technical expertise to shape successful infrastructure solutions at WSP. #J-18808-Ljbffr
