URGENT: Nanny Wanted - Flexible After School Nanny For Energetic Boys - Waterfront / Harbourfront (Steps From Ferry Dock)

Hours: Monday – Friday, ~3:30/4:00 PM – 5:30/6:00 PM (approx. 10–12.5 hrs/week) Schedule Options: Open to 3–5 days/week for the right candidate (occasional extra hours available if mutually agreed) Start Date: October 6, 2026 (or slightly later for the ideal match) Compensation:

• $22 – $24/hour (for 2 boys through December)
• $25 – $27/hour starting in January (when toddler joins)

--- About Our Family: We are looking for an engaging, dependable caregiver to help our boys decompress and play after school. Care is initially for our 6- and 4-year-old; in January, our youngest (turning 2) will join the afternoon crew. Our setup is as convenient and fun as it gets: we live in the residential building right next to the ferry terminal, directly on a waterfront park with ample green space right outside our door. No car or driving is required. Routine & Responsibilities: Flexible Pickup & Play: Meet the boys right off the ferry (pickup ranges between 3:30 and 4:00 PM depending on seasonal ferry schedules)—or, if you prefer, you are welcome to hop on the ferry, meet them right on the Island, and let them play outside there before heading home! Outdoor & Indoor Fun: Enjoy the park space right outside or Island adventures on nice afternoons, or settle in at home with board games, creative play, and a healthy snack. On-Site Activities: Supervise free play; occasionally, the boys have afternoon classes located right in our building or immediately nearby. Light Reset: Guide the boys in tidying up their toys, games, and snack dishes before the evening begins. What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing active young children (preschoolers, school-age, and toddlers).
• Enthusiasm for outdoor play, whether in the park or over on the Island.
• Calm, positive energy to help high-energy kids transition smoothly from school to home.
• Punctual, proactive, and safety-conscious around waterfront areas.
• Strong, checkable references.
