Enterprise Analytics Data Scientist

Use statistical modeling and machine learning as a fully remote Data Scientist at GitLab, supporting go-to-market performance and executive reporting.On GitLab’s Enterprise Analytics team, you will partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance. You will translate ambiguous business questions into measurable analysis, forecasting, experiments, and models. Your work will explain activation, conversion, expansion, retention, consumption, ARR, and first orders.Key Responsibilities:
Partner with GTM teams on strategic analytical decisionsAnalyze behavioral trends and communicate business drivers clearlyProductionize propensity, PQL, churn, and expansion modelsDesign experiments measuring activation, conversion, and retentionWrite maintainable Python and SQL for scalable production analyticsRequirements:
Three to five years in GTM analytics or data scienceExperience with experimentation, causal inference, and statistical methodsHands-on SQL, Python, pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn experienceExperience with cloud warehouses and business intelligence toolsAbility to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersBring experimentation, machine learning, and production Python and SQL skills to GitLab’s enterprise analytics work remotely.
