Key Responsibilities: • Gather requirements through interviews and sessions with stakeholders • Create process models for information and process evaluation • Analyze requirements for impacts across teams • Provide input to development efforts and documentation • Lead project tasks affecting multiple departments

Requirements: • Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering plus 5 years of IT experience • High School Diploma plus 7 years of IT experience • Proficient in process modeling tools • Knowledge of financial services, especially insurance • Strong analytical and communication skills
