Director of Data Infrastructure at TFP

Lead TFP's data program as the Director of Data Infrastructure. This role centers on building essential data frameworks to enhance patient outcomes across the growing network. As a key figure at TFP, the Director will establish data governance and KPI systems while driving analytics to provide insights for clinical and financial decisions. Your expertise will directly influence operational practices and help define what gets measured and how. This position is foundational for leading TFP's evolution in data usage across various functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and implement comprehensive data infrastructure
• Lead analytics initiatives in partnership with Clinical teams
• Collaborate with leadership on financial and operational metrics
• Establish and train a network of data stewards
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across reporting

Requirements:

• 7–10+ years in data or analytics roles
• Experience in regulated industries, especially healthcare
• Proven stakeholder management at C-level
• Strong command of data governance practices
• Technical proficiency in tools like SQL and BI tools
