Mental Health Specialist at Dialogue

Join Dialogue, Canada’s premier virtual care provider, as a Mental Health Specialist. Provide empathetic support and interventions to enhance the well-being of members with mild mental health symptoms. In this crucial role, you will report to Annabel Tremblay and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. You will assess member needs and guide them through their healthcare journeys using motivational interviewing. Your expertise in social work or crisis intervention will ensure members receive tailored resources for their health objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess needs and requests from platform members
- Guide members in their health care journeys
- Support members using motivational interviewing techniques
- Ensure navigation to resources complementary to services
- Develop community resource databases and mental health pamphlets
- Bachelor's degree in mental health or human relations
- 2+ years of experience in intervention roles
- Availability for 8 to 32 hours weekly
- Strong knowledge of community and institutional resources
- Desire for an innovative and versatile work environment
