Drive financial excellence at Exacare AI, a leading health tech firm, as a Finance & Accounting Manager. Oversee accounting operations, enhance reporting quality, and streamline processes in a dynamic environment. As a hands-on Finance & Accounting Manager, you will report directly to the Controller and manage daily accounting operations. Your expertise will fuel the company's growth by ensuring accurate billing, accounts reconciliation, financial reporting, and audit readiness. You will also play a vital role in improving processes and analytics as the function expands. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and general ledger activities
• Manage end-to-end billing, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing
• Own AR and AP workflow, escalating collection risks
• Prepare month-end close deliverables and supporting schedules
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Requirements:

• Completed CPA designation required
• 3 to 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a high-growth setting
