Job Description
- Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades to maintain workflow and quality standards.
- Oversee safety compliance and ensure all work adheres to regulations and company policies.
- Review project plans and specifications, addressing any issues or discrepancies as they arise.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders regarding progress and challenges.
- Inspect work regularly to ensure quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit daily site reports and other necessary documentation.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently to minimize project disruptions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Site Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience in site supervision within an ICI GC environment.
- Experience overseeing healthcare / hospital renovation and addition projects
- Strong knowledge of ground-up construction and renovation projects.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain project timelines.
