Director of Cloud Identity Solutions

The Salvation Army seeks a Director of Identity & Access Management, specializing in cloud solutions and access governance to transform enterprise identity strategies. This strategic role focuses on developing and executing the IAM strategy using One Identity's comprehensive tools. You will collaborate across hybrid environments to champion the Zero Trust model, ensuring that IAM capabilities are optimized and integrated seamlessly with key enterprise systems. Engage with various teams to enhance compliance and security measures while promoting IAM adoption through educational initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

• Champion Zero Trust models and modernize identity services
• Monitor performance of IAM systems and projects
• Integrate IAM solutions with HRIS, LMS, and other systems
• Ensure compliance with ISO and other standards
• Manage IAM governance frameworks and standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in Computer Science
• 10+ years in IAM and large-scale implementations
• Strong cloud platform integration experience
• Deep understanding of IAM protocols and tools
• Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
