Senior IAM Engineer for Identity Workflow

Drive engineering excellence as a Senior IAM Systems Engineer specializing in Identity Data & Workflow Engineering. In this senior role, you will lead the design, development, and operational support of directory services and identity data integration. You will establish engineering standards and ensure platform reliability through automation and SRE practices. Collaborate with onboarding teams to support risk-based controls and compliance, managing production operations across integrated systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of identity data aggregation and synchronization pipelines
- Establish standards for API development and data quality
- Provide technical guidance on LDAP integration and data sources
- Ensure platform reliability with automated testing and observability
- Collaborate with teams for onboarding automation and risk controls
- 5+ years in Software/Platform engineering
- Strong experience with directory services and ETL pipelines
- Proficient in Python and DevOps practices
- Solid background in relational databases and data processing
- Excellent communication skills for various audiences
