Analytics Delivery Manager OLG
OLG
Lead business-aligned analytics delivery at OLG, using stakeholder partnership and business intelligence to strengthen decision-making. This is a fully onsite position.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Data & Analytics, you will guide analytics initiatives from intake through delivery, adoption, and value realization. The work includes reporting, performance measurement, data products, self-service capabilities, and analytics best practices. You will collaborate with Strategic Analytics, Data Governance, Data Platforms, and AI teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate stakeholder priorities into analytics roadmaps and reporting solutions
- Establish trusted KPI frameworks, performance measures, and reporting standards
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, business intelligence, and portfolio data products
- Coach analysts and promote reusable analytical assets and self-service capabilities
- Support adoption of enterprise data products and AI-enabled capabilities
Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma in a related field
- Five-plus years of progressive analytics or business intelligence experience
- Experience partnering with stakeholders on analytics initiatives and recommendations
- Experience delivering dashboards, KPI frameworks, scorecards, and reporting
- Skills in data analytics, measurement, and stakeholder relationship management
