Corporate Credit Portfolio Manager Toronto

RPIA seeks a Corporate Credit Portfolio Manager in Toronto to manage substantial CAD and USD investment-grade portfolios. Your expertise in credit markets will be essential for portfolio performance.
As a full-time permanent member of the investment management team, you'll utilize your extensive 7+ years of fixed-income experience to construct and enhance portfolios. Your role will entail developing robust market insights and refining investment theses through collaboration and research.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement credit investment strategies - Analyze and assess risk across portfolios and market opportunities - Collaborate with dealers and trading desks on strategies - Monitor market conditions and investor sentiments - Present independent insights at investment committee meetings
Requirements: - 7+ years in corporate credit fund management - Experience in primary and secondary market analysis - Strong understanding of macroeconomic and credit dynamics - Proven track record in investment decision-making - Relevant degree and applicable professional qualifications needed
