As an Accountant with Nutrien, you will engage in day-to-day accounting tasks and assist in month-end close processes. This role requires a strong understanding of complex accounting concepts, financial and business analysis, and a commitment to maintaining effective internal controls in compliance with SOX. Collaboration is key as you work on various accounting initiatives alongside a talented team.

Key Responsibilities: • Complete journal entries and account reconciliations • Prepare external reporting schedules and variance analyses • Support audit requests from internal and external auditors • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives • Manage Joint Venture accounting processes

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance • 2+ years of relevant business experience • Knowledge of IFRS & US GAAP • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Experience with SAP or Peoplesoft is preferred
