Job Overview

Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Java microservices development using SpringBoot to design and implement scalable backend solutions for fixed income applications.

Responsibilities

• Architect design and implement Java microservices that meet fixed income business requirements.
• Lead development efforts ensuring code quality, scalability, security, and compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment, monitoring, and incident management.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze system performance and optimize microservices for efficiency and reliability in fixed income workflows.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and industry regulations.
• Engage with stakeholders—including traders, risk managers, and analysts—to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• Java, Microservices, SpringBoot
• Experience with containerization and cloud deployment
• Strong knowledge of fixed income financial products
• Experience with performance monitoring and CI/CD pipelines

Compensation: $91,511.00 to $103,366.00 per year.
