- Develop the Strategic Insights roadmap for the enterprise
- Translate behavioral data into actionable business strategies
- Supervise market and consumer research initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to integrate insights into performance metrics
- Create and lead a high-impact insights team
- 10+ years in analytics or strategic insights roles
- Strong ability to align insights with business strategy
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies
- Proven leadership in matrix team environments
- Bilingual French and English for effective communication
