Clinical Psychologist

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
- Diagnose mental health conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Provide psychotherapy and counselling.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, educators, families, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in research and evidence-based practice.
- Provide crisis intervention when needed.
- Help train staff or students on psychological principles.
Requirements
- Valid registration/licensure as a Psychologist in Alberta .
- Experience working with blue-collar workers is preferred.
- Strong assessment, counselling, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collect and interpret clinical data.
- Professional, empathetic, and confidential approach to patient care.

Compensation
At $75–$100 per hour , the pay is competitive, though because it is a contract position , you may need to cover your own benefits, taxes, professional insurance, and continuing education unless otherwise agreed.
