Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sign / Car Wrap Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in Port Perry, ON. The role involves creating, designing, and installing custom signage and vehicle wraps. Day-to-day tasks include working with clients to understand their needs, ensuring quality production and installation of designs, and maintaining equipment. The Specialist will also collaborate with the design and production teams to deliver high-quality, customized projects on time.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and ensure satisfaction with the final product.
- Hands-on automotive skills related to the application of vehicle wraps and maintenance of vehicle graphics.
- Ability to train and guide team members with best practices in signage production and installation.
- Experience in sales, with the ability to guide clients through the design and customization process to meet their needs.
- Familiarity with insurance processes related to vehicle graphics or business signage.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address client specifications and project challenges.
- Ability to operate and maintain printing and cutting machinery within a production facility.
- Valid driver's license and ability to perform physical tasks such as mounting signs or wrapping vehicles.
- Experience in the printing or signage industry is an asset but not required.
