Ottawa Labour Relations Officer Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide front-line advice on collective agreements
  • Represent members during disciplinary meetings
  • Draft pleadings and informational documents as needed
  • Review and analyze employer directives
  • Engage in workplace meetings and discussions
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Industrial Relations or Law
  • At least three years in labour relations or similar field
  • Strong understanding of human rights and employment law
  • Excellent interpersonal and research skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
