We've established a strong reputation in the hair and beauty industry, and now we're investing in our next big growth opportunity: the North American medspa market.
We're looking for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial Head of Growth Marketing – MedSpa to help us make our mark in this space.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of our North American medspa marketing strategy, building awareness, credibility, and demand in a market with enormous potential. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality leads, driving pipeline growth, and establishing Phorest as a trusted name in medspa software.
This is a role for someone who loves building things. You'll own the marketing strategy from end to end, but you won't simply set the direction and hand off the execution. From SEO, paid advertising, and website optimization to content, events, partnerships, and brand building, you'll be involved in all aspects of marketing, getting hands-on to turn ideas into results.
You'll have access to expertise and support from our wider global marketing team, but you'll also need to be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and figuring things out as you go. We're looking for someone who doesn't need a fully established playbook or a large team to make an impact.
The ideal person will bring a genuine self-starter mentality, a growth mindset, and a can-do attitude. Someone who's resourceful, adaptable, and excited by the opportunity to build something meaningful while seeing the direct commercial impact of their work.
What You'll DoOwn our North American medspa marketing strategy
Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan that drives lead generation, pipeline growth, and long-term market presence.
Take ownership of medspa marketing targets, budgets, and performance, using data to understand what's working and where to invest.
Lead and execute marketing activities across SEO, paid media, website optimization, content, events, partnerships, and brand building.
Bring together campaigns and initiatives into one clear, results-driven strategy, balancing immediate lead generation with long-term growth.
Build our brand and credibility in the medspa market
Establish Phorest as a recognized and trusted software partner for medspa and aesthetics businesses.
Develop messaging, campaigns, and content that genuinely resonate with medspa owners, operators, and decision-makers.
Build relationships and opportunities across industry publications, trade media, podcasts, events, and other relevant channels.
Bring customer stories and case studies to life, showcasing the impact Phorest can make for medspa businesses.
Create demand through innovative marketing
Go beyond traditional paid campaigns to explore creative ways of building awareness, engagement, and demand.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives through strategic partnerships, affiliates, industry events, webinars, and co-marketing opportunities.
Experiment with new approaches and channels, staying ahead of how medspa buyers research, discover, and select software.
Leverage AI, automation, and emerging marketing technologies to improve campaign performance, streamline workflows, and scale marketing activity efficiently.
Collaborate to make it happen
Work closely with our North American medspa Sales team to align marketing initiatives with pipeline and revenue goals.
Partner with global and regional marketing specialists across content, paid media, digital, events, and creative to bring campaigns to life.
Make the most of existing expertise and resources while taking ownership of delivering initiatives independently where needed.
Bring an external perspective, using industry insights, competitor activity, and market trends to inform our approach.
Represent Phorest at relevant industry conferences, partner events, and customer engagements, building relationships and strengthening our presence in the medspa community.
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who's excited by the opportunity to build, create, and make a real impact.
You’ll ideally bring:
Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS or another technology-driven business.
Experience owning and delivering a marketing strategy for a region, industry vertical, or growth market.
A track record of building brand awareness, entering new markets, or growing a business's presence in a competitive space.
A broad, hands-on understanding of the full marketing mix, including SEO, paid media, website optimization, content, PR, events, and partnerships.
A strong commercial mindset, with experience owning lead generation targets, managing budgets, and measuring marketing ROI.
The ability to move confidently between developing strategy and hands‑on execution, with a willingness to get involved in whatever is needed to drive results.
Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance marketing effectiveness, optimize campaigns, streamline processes, and build automated marketing workflows.
A curious, experimental mindset when it comes to AI and emerging marketing technologies, with the ability to identify opportunities to work smarter, scale activity, and drive better results.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, particularly when working across Sales and specialized marketing teams.
A proactive, resourceful, self‑starter mentality, with the confidence to make decisions, experiment, and adapt in a fast‑moving environment.
A willingness to travel across North America to attend industry events, meet with partners and customers, and support marketing activities.
Even better if you have:
Experience within the medspa, medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or healthcare technology industries.
Experience marketing to small and medium‑size business owners or multi‑location operators.
An agency background, particularly if've worked across multiple channels or helped brands establish themselves in new markets.
Existing knowledge of the North American medspa landscape, industry publications, influencers, or trade associations.
Travel & Industry EngagementBuilding our presence in the medspa market means getting out there and connecting with the industry.
Travel will be an important part of this role, whether that's attending conferences and trade shows, meeting with partners and prospective customers, visiting existing clients, or supporting the setup and delivery of industry events.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, immersing themselves in a new market, and representing Phorest within the North American medspa community.
