Internet Sales Advisor

Duties

As an Automotive BDC Sales Representative, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer leads received via internet, phone calls and customer retention. Outstanding customer service skills are required.

• Following and maintaining relationship with former customers
• Monitoring and contacting internet leads
• Determining each customer's vehicle needs by active listening
• Learning, understanding, and following call and email scripts
• Setting, confirming, and following up on appointments
• Create 4 high quality videos for Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube and Instagram
• Create 4 social media posts
• Work with management to help market these posts
• Other duties as required Requirements The ideal BDC Representative will also have:
• As an Automotive BDC Representative, you must embody Sherwood Honda's stellar community reputation of honesty, integrity and superior customer service. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a fast paced environment where every day brings new challenges. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• (BILINGUAL CANDIDATES ALSO NEEDED)
• Proven track record in BDC center or call center is an asset but not necessary
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers
• Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Verifiable work history
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong English skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
