Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency, and this full-time role focuses only on search. You will guide technical roadmaps, keyword strategy, reporting, and client decisions.Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical SEO across crawl, indexation, speed, schema, and architectureSet keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content prioritiesImprove visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and PerplexityManage links, local search, and multi-location SEODeliver GA4, Search Console reporting and quarterly roadmapsRequirements:
Bring 3+ years of hands-on SEO experienceUse Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SemrushManage several agency clients simultaneouslyCommunicate clearly with United States clients on live callsSenior living or similar multi-location SEO experience strongly preferredApply technical SEO, AI search, and client strategy expertise to senior living accounts at Blacksmith Agency.
