We are looking for an enthusiastic individual dedicated to providing outstanding and memorable customer service at our studio-gallery.
Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers with a warm and personable attitude, assisting with needs and thoroughly answering any questions.
- Operate a cash register, package and gift wrap fragile items.
- Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
- Complete merchandizing and storekeeping duties.
- manage our webstore by keeping track of inventory, updating listings, and processing orders.
- Communicate with our customers via email, phone or in person.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Suite/Workplace
- Strong problem solving skills, organization, and initiative
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- Able to lift 15-20 lb. on a regular basis
