Votre quotidien
Effectuer les réconciliations mensuelles de fin de mois (frais payés d'avance, frais courus, immobilisations et amortissement, dette, comptes de bilan) et comptabiliser les écritures de journal mensuelles et récurrentes;
Balancer les inventaires et expliquer les écarts;
Réaliser des analyses de marge et diverses analyses financières;
Participer à la préparation des budgets, des prévisions et à l'analyse des écarts;
Participer à la préparation des états financiers mensuels et contribuer aux analyses de gestion, suivi des coûts de projets et statistiques de consommations;
Analyser les délais de paiement des fournisseurs et des clients;
Participer à des processus d'optimisation et à des projets spéciaux;
Soutenir les collègues aux comptes fournisseurs durant les périodes de pointe.
Exigences du poste
Baccalauréat en comptabilité;
Deux à trois ans d'expérience pertinente;
Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et aisance avec les outils informatiques;
Bonne compréhension des systèmes ERP;
Fort esprit d'analyse, rigueur et esprit d'équipe.
