Senior Customer Success Leader at Procurify

This role encompasses customer advocacy and executing smooth onboarding, integrations, and ongoing support, making your influence vital. You will champion strategic insights to help clients achieve their goals while navigating complex landscapes. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a $2M+ strategic book of business
Build executive-level relationships for customer advocacy
Offer strategic guidance on onboarding and integrations
Proactively manage customer health and escalations
Identify upsell opportunities to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success
Proven ability to build executive relationships
Strong experience in change management
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adaptability
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
