We're looking for a Regional Operations Specialist to oversee and support our rental locations in Surrey, Langley, and potentially Richmond. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind consistent, efficient operations and top-tier customer service across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on guidance and operational oversight to ensure consistency and quality across all rental locations.

• Lead by example—fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Set performance goals, track metrics, and support branch managers in hitting targets.

• Oversee daily operations, including fleet management, vehicle maintenance, and rental procedures.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Manage fleet availability and distribution to meet regional demand while maximizing utilization.

• Partner with maintenance teams to keep vehicles safe, clean, and rental-ready.

• Resolve escalated customer concerns and lead service recovery efforts.

• Coach rental clerks on service excellence and operational best practices.

• Support hiring, training, and retention efforts across locations.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, maintenance, customer service, and IT teams.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance performance.

• Stay current on industry trends and recommend improvements as needed.

Requirements:

• Car rental operations experience is an asset.

• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Must reside in or be able to reliably travel to Surrey, Langley, and Richmond dealership locations.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills .

• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach diverse teams.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
