Food Service Supervisor Crest Hotel Location 222 First Avenue West Prince Rupert, BC Salary 20.82 hourly / 35 hours per week Full time Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Address customers' complaints or concerns Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Prepare and submit reports Prepare food order summaries for chef Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys Establish work schedules Supervise kitchen staff and helpers Order supplies and equipment Inspect kitchens and food service areas Clean kitchen and work areas Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Until: 2026-06-26
