Labour & Employment Lawyer
The Heller Group Legal and Executive Search
A Bay Street firm is seeking a labour and employment lawyer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join their team. This is a broad role that will involve advising on disciplinary matters and terminations, conducting and supporting workplace investigations, managing human rights and employment litigation matters, and assisting with the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to build a well-rounded employment practice with significant client exposure, high-quality work, and strong opportunities for progression and long-term career development within a growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work closely with clients across a range of workplace issues.
