Nanny Wanted - Seeking Experienced Nanny In Burlington For My Twins

We are a loving family located in Burlington seeking a nurturing, patient, and reliable nanny to care for our twins, a boy and a girl, who are both in Junior Kindergarten (JK). Our son is autistic and verbal. He communicates well but has a limited vocabulary and may require extra patience, encouragement, and support with communication and daily activities. Experience working with autistic children is preferred; however, we are absolutely open to candidates who have no prior autism experience, provided they are willing to learn, follow guidance, and genuinely want to help him grow and succeed. This is a part-time position. We are offering $25.00 per hour to start for the first three months, with the opportunity for an increase based on performance and fit. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and engaging the children in age-appropriate activities
• Assisting with after-school care and routines
• Providing snacks /meals (my son needs to be fed by adult)
• Supporting our son's developmental and communication needs
• Light housekeeping to help maintain a tidy and organized home environment

We are looking for someone with a warm, caring, and patient demeanor who genuinely enjoys working with children and can provide a safe, positive, and supportive environment.
