Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Tier 1 Service Desk experience with ability to hit the ground running
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
- Strong oral communication skills (will interact with executive-level stakeholders)
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative escalation environment
- Comfortable with onsite, user-facing troubleshooting and support
- High level of punctuality (non-negotiable) – must be on the floor by 9:00 AM
Skills & Qualifications
- Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and enterprise applications
- Document incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow
- Build strong end-user relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Contribute to knowledge base and process improvements
