Our client is a high-net-worth family in Brampton/Mississauga, that owns multiple Real Estate properties across the Greater Toronto Region and has stakes in a variety of enterprises. They seek an Executive & Personal Assistant that will assist with the administrative side of the day-to-day lives of this busy household including purchasing, returns, travel planning, calendar scheduling, activities, and event planning. The role suits someone who thinks logically, can problem solve, enjoys learning, is very organized, and works well independently. The work location for this position is our client’s Brampton based home office.

What your day will look like...

• Work as an Executive & Personal Assistant.
• Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries in a professional manner.
• Perform research and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all records are up-to-date.
• Handle filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, to maintain organized documentation.
• Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing.
• Plan and organize corporate and family events.
• Overseeing schooling, sporting, tutoring, daily schedules, and developmental activities of a young family member.
• Collaborate with team members on various administrative projects as needed.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
• Previous administrative assistant and/or personal assistant experience with a willingness to take on a vast array of changing tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a flexible work environment.
• Interest and knowledge of various Sports such as Golf, Soccer etc. (The person isn’t expected to be a proficient sports player but should be knowledgeable about various sports).
• Highest levels of discretion and confidentiality.
