Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner and assisting customers by promoting products/services.
• Locate merchandise and make purchase decisions, resolve customer issues and refer concerns where appropriate.
• Assist in providing direction and coordinating task completion as per communicated priorities from the Food Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
• Delegate, assist and follow up on completion of daily Customer Availability Process tasks.
• Assign Associates to support coverage and availability tasks in all areas of the store.
