Vice President of Growth Marketing at BDC

Elevate Canadian entrepreneurship as BDC’s Vice President of Growth Marketing. Drive digital acquisition and performance marketing strategies to foster measurable growth in small businesses across Canada. In this executive role, you will lead BDC's marketing initiatives focusing on digital growth, marketing automation, and website operations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client acquisition and retention while optimizing performance metrics. Your expertise in Martech and data will be vital in evolving marketing into a value-driven enterprise. Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement growth marketing strategies
Boost client acquisition, conversion, and retention rates
Oversee digital acquisition and demand generation efforts
Manage BDC’s website performance and governance
Develop measurement and marketing investment optimization capabilities

Requirements:

Executive experience in growth and performance marketing
Background in digital product management and marketing automation
Proven track record in website governance
Leadership in complex matrix environments
Bilingual proficiency in English and French
