Retail Sales Associate at Laura Canada

Deliver exceptional customer service as a Retail Sales Associate for Laura Canada. Engage with clients, showcase your fashion knowledge, and build lasting relationships with customers. As a key member of the Operations team, the Sales Associate reports to the Store Manager and plays a vital role in enhancing customer experiences. Essential duties include understanding customer needs, promoting product knowledge, and executing sales efficiently. You will not only assess fashion trends but will also utilize unique Clientele Development tools to encourage repeat business. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service by following Laura Canada standards
- Drive sales by understanding customer preferences
- Maintain visual presentation and merchandising standards
- Accurately execute all Point of Sale transactions
- Promote store initiatives and loyalty programs
- Retail experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor in all customer interactions
- Initiative and openness to feedback
- Must be flexible to retail hours
