We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Group Leader to lead a team within our manufacturing organisation. In this role, you will create an environment where people can thrive, teams can perform at their best, and safety, quality and collaboration are part of everything we do.

Job Responsibilities

As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing Team Leaders and their teams, ensuring they have the support, direction and resources needed to succeed. You will play a key role in building an engaged workforce, fostering a positive culture and delivering results through people.

Your responsibilities will include:

• • Leading, coaching and developing Team Leaders and their teams.
  • Creating a safe, inclusive and high-performing working environment.
  • Building a culture based on trust, accountability, collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Supporting employee engagement and helping individuals reach their full potential.
  • Working closely with colleagues across the business to achieve shared goals and deliver for our customers.
  • Providing clear direction, making sound decisions and taking ownership of challenges within your area of responsibility.
  • Promoting open communication and encouraging teams to identify and implement improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards and applicable regulations.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for a leader who enjoys working with people, developing talent and creating a workplace where everyone can contribute and succeed.

You will ideally have:

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing, engineering or operational environment.
• Strong coaching and people development skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• The ability to inspire, motivate and influence teams at all levels.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on collaboration and problem solving.
• A commitment to safety, integrity and inclusion.
