Strategic Leader, Labour & Employee Relations

CHEO in Ottawa seeks an experienced Manager, Labour & Employee Relations to lead negotiations, policy development and day-to-day labour relations. You will collaborate with management, unions and staff to foster constructive, compliant relations aligned with CHEO’s mission.
The role emphasizes strategic HR leadership, investigations, and training to support a positive, high-performing workplace. Bilingual English/French preferred.
