FOH cafe manager

Job Responsibility:

**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience for our guests. **Duties:** - Manage daily restaurant operations in the front of the house - Train, supervise, and schedule front-of-house staff - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations - Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly - Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area **Skills:** - Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in interviewing, hiring, and training staff - Knowledge of food preparation and bartending techniques - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Understanding of customer service principles If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and have a background in restaurant management, we would love to hear from you. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
