The knowledge of a great Concierge Agent is the expectation of our guests when staying at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts. Your ability to anticipate guests' needs and make informed suggestions will ensure they have a truly memorable stay.

Pay Rate: $20.18/hour

Job Duties Include:

• Offer professional, consistent, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure inter-departmental communication and cooperation in the interest of better guest satisfaction
• Providing accurate information about activities and dining in the hotel and area
• Offering assistance to all guests in making reservations and arrangements for travel, dining, special request and activities
• Serve as a liaison for guests by providing information relating to all aspects of the hotel

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar environment will be an asset
• Must possess outstanding guest service skills, including professional verbal communication skills
• Good computer literacy (experience using Property Manager System preferred, and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel)
• Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team-based environment
