Inside Sales Representative (PLT)

Scotia Tire & Alignment Services Ltd., a proud member of the Tirecraft network, is seeking a motivated, sales-driven Inside Sales Representative – Passenger & Light Truck (PLT) to join our team in Mississauga.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, providing competitive tire and automotive service quotations, converting sales opportunities, scheduling shop appointments, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This position plays a key role in growing our passenger and light truck business by building strong customer relationships, increasing sales, and ensuring our shop operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
Recommend and sell passenger, SUV, and light truck tires.
Prepare accurate, competitive quotations and follow up to close sales.
Promote additional services, including wheel alignments, balancing, tire repairs, and seasonal changeovers.
Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with shop technicians.
Check inventory availability and source tires from approved suppliers.
Process customer work orders, estimates, and invoices accurately.
Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets.
Work closely with the Operations and Inventory teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications:
Previous sales or customer service experience, preferably in the tire or automotive industry.
Knowledge of passenger and light truck tires is preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using computers and learning new business systems.
Experience with CoStar automotive management software is an asset, not a requirement.
A positive, professional attitude with a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction.
