Personal Support Worker

We are currently hiring 1 Full time Evening and Days Personal Support Workers (PSW) for Community Care and Respite Shifts in Exeter and surrounding areas

Qualifications accepted to work as a PSW:

• Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW)
• RN or RPN
• Nursing student (2 clinical placements completed)
• Valid Developmental Support Worker Diploma
• Foreign trained healthcare professional - Nurse

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license and vehicle to use for work daily is required 
• Meet Immunization requirements – MMR, Varicella, TB, Tetanus
• Current Standard CPR level C certificate and First Aid 
• Availability to work FT evenings or days  and every other weekend in Goderich and surrounding areas 
• This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement
