Duties

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet restaurant standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
• Assist in bartending duties as needed, providing excellent customer service.
